This is a 6 week training plan to help get your mind and body fit and ready for the the hills, mountains, valleys, deserts, rivers and peaks that you'll be crossing through during your backpacking adventure! 

 

This plan is currently set up for individuals who have a baseline fitness routine of 30 minutes of activity for 3 days a week. If you need adjustments or a longer plan, then please email  patty@projectreteach.com so that I can create a customized plan for you! Backpacking is for everyone - know that with the right mindset and attitude you can accomplish any goal or dream you set your mind to!
