Women's Adventure Trips (2022)

We had an incredible time backpacking a total of 10.3 miles in the Charles C. Deam Wilderness to ring in the New Year of 2023!

We moved through 3 yoga flows, adventured and navigated off trail to get to our secluded peninsula campsite on Lake Monroe, found tons of geodes on the beach, and explored Patton Cave! The women learned how to read a map, how to walk off trail, how to pack a backpack properly, how to adjust the backpack properly, how to sleep warm on a cold night and how to cook in the outdoors!

This trip was such a blast and I cant wait to lead it again next year!
